Bought this phone to upgrade SO to a smartphone. ;) Easy to setup, transferred all information with no problems and he loves exploring the apps. lol You can teach a dinosaur new tricks. Seriously, this is a great phone, long talk time, battery lasts 2.5 days, (if not viewing a movie), camera takes nice clear photos with lots of options for enhancing pics and best yet, it was a very affordable price. I'd recommend.

For the money, it is excellent. Many features, long lasting battery life! Excellent camera.

Purchased to replace my 3g phone. So far, I'm happy with how it performs. For me, the best part was that the salesperson was able to transfer all the data from my old phone to this one. It took quite a while for the data to transfer due to the slowness of the old phone. I really appreciated that he didn't make me feel stupid answering my questions. The phone is fairly easy to use & changing settings to fit my needs was easy. I would recommend this phone to anyone needing a new Tracphone.

The Samsung galaxy smartphone is quite basic for a smartphone. If all you need is to call and send messages with a photo or two, then this smart phone will do the job. If you are looking for speed, playing games, etc,etc. then find a better phone. It is sufficient for basic task and watching u-tube videos, emails, and phone calls - as the volume is very clear and loud enough.

Had it for a while now no problems, glad I bought it in the store.

It's a good phone for my senior dad. It has a large customizable display. There are two downsides. One, is that there isn't a selection of free choices for a lock screen image. Two, it is hard to get a case that fits properly. Most cases tend to activate the sound adjustment button. Overall, I'd say the phone is very good for someone who needs a phone with a large display.

I am impressed with this phone for the price. At the time of the purchase, it has a newer OS version than the site had it listed for. It was faster than I expected it would be and easy to use.

This phone has great features for the price. Pictures taken with it are awesome as well. We bought for our teen and he loves it.

Works as it should. No. Problems. Tracfone is good cellular service for those who do not use their phone often.

Needed to upgrade phone for Tracfone account. Have used Tracfone for over 20 years & this is my 3rd Samsung I have purchased during that time. Have never had any trouble with any of them. Large screen is great!

Good phone gets the job done not very responsive but not terribly slow either for a smart phone around 100 bucks you can beat it does just about all the stuff the $1100 iPhones does just not as fast

My old phone went dead instantly so I purchased this, needed one quickly. It's an OK phone but there have been a few problems. I would probably not purchase a "cheap" phone again.

It is a great size for the price. It feels comfortable in your hand. It has the multiple camera lens. It takes great pictures. It has an easy-to-use screen.

Nice phone for the price point. I haven't had any problems using it. It is a big improvement over my previous Motorola Tracfone. I recommend this phone.

Had an old trac flip phone got this one and very easy to set up and switch my minutes over. Just love the features it has on it.

Works as it should. A little on the slower side but I'm used to the galaxy s series but this works fine for my husband for what he uses it for
