“New Samsung A10e smartphone has a chemical smell to the point I have an allergic reaction (headache,tight chest, can actually taste it.) I want to replace w/same phone but concerned effects more than my phone and/or battery. Any statistics on this?”

Maybe the packaging got wet or was near some chemicals and seeped onto the phone. My phone did not have smell when purchased. I have had phone cases that have smells to them and quickly changed them.
