• Yes 2 ways I had my a10e done by best buy whare I bought it but they made it difficult so l called tracfone for some help their number is on your manual, cards etc, One mistake best buy did was putting my lg sim card and removing the new one NO ,It took me and a tracfone agent 2 hours to correct, long story short, I bought 2ed phone for my friend no sim charge change in 30 minutes done, all info in and my sd card too. Any doubt call tracfone be calm they will help you, go luck I had the lg rebel.

• Yes you can transfer everything. Make sure phone is updated or sometimes Tracfone app does not work.
