“Can I switch the SIM card from my current phone or do I have to activate phone?”

Hi. This is Frank from TracFone Wireless. Unfortunately, you cannot switch the SIM card from your current phone to the new phone since the new one has a SIM card inserted on it. You will have to activate the phone in order to use our service. Thank you.
