“I've seen this particular phone elsewhere and even tho it's 4g, it said it was 5g compatible. Is it? If so, how would a novice get it to do that and if it is able to, why isn't it a 5g in the first place? Keep in mind, I'm a smart phone novice.”

Hi. This is Frank from TracFone Wireless. The TracFone Samsung Galaxy A11 is a 4G LTE compatible phone. It is not 5G compatible since the phone's technology only supports 4G LTE network. Thank you.
