• They should be able to. We had the sales person set the phone up. Just be prepared for it to take some time and have all your security information with you to make the transfer easier.

• NO!!! I WAS JUST THERE: THEY DO NOT HELP WITH ACTIVATION OF TRAC-PHONES, even though they sell them.
