Thia means u prepay for ur service through different service plans and offers. Example.. $30.00 card gets u 30 days unlimited talk and text with 3GB of rollover data.. as long as u keep the phone number/service active it will rollover any and all unused Data.. tracfone offers many types of plans...annual and monthly..just do u research and get what works for u ..
