Yes you can and also I did it online without having to call Tracfone but you need setup an Tracfone online account first with your phone number and another number from your present phone and when you're ready, the program will ask if you wish to keep your phone and a new number, don't remember if it's the manufacture and serial number from the new phone in order to roll everything over.
