• A:Answer This irritates me too! I looked online and found a manual for the Core Prime, and it does allow nuisance call blocking when purchased as an "unlocked" phone. But since we bought the phone as a Tracfone, it has Tracfone software, and they removed that feature. They don't want us to block calls because then we could block their "offers." It's very frustrating. I have not had the trouble that you are having with the voice mail. Tracfone is hard to deal with.

• A:Answer I got this phone to use with tracfone and it works great. It came in a tracfone packaged box and it had the tracfone logo right on the phone. I do everything online, such as activating the phone and, buying and adding airtime at tracfone.com. So, I haven't tried a "tracfone card", but I'm confident that it would work. There's no reason it shouldn't. I hope that helps you.
