• Yes, you can. You just need to go to the Tracfone website on your account being logged in. Click on the activate phone and follow the steps, and you should get an option to transfer number over. Once, you do this your old phone gets deactivated, and new one takes over. Everything goes over, unless you go from basic phone to a smartphone then they cut some of your minutes and stuff. Because basic phones are the double minutes for life, and the smartphones are triple minutes for life. it also, explains this before you do it.

• Yes You can transfer Tracfone minutes. However, It is not triple minutes like my last smart phone. It is easyer to transfer photos using USB cable to the windows computer. Connect using usb turn on computer and Samsung gajaxy j3 luna pro the the phone will ask you to allow to share on the phone. You can now share back and fourth. I have windows 10 home and windows 7 home edition.
