Q: QuestionIs there a return policy...ie return 30 daysI am severely hearing impaired and I was told by a professional to get a low cost smart phone (cell phone I had too much difficulty) with blue tooth capabilities for volume control. How does that work because I would have to activate the phone so I could hear. I hate Verizon so I would be using a no contract pre paid card. thanks. Q: QuestionIf this phone is not compatible with safelink service, why is it not stated on the TracFone site?Every cellphone that is not compatible states it's not compatible. This phone is one of the few decent phones that don't say it's not compatible. There are a few to choose from that people can buy to replace their lost, or as in my case broken phone.., safelink will only replace one..., and some people would rather replace their own phone anyway rather than ask for a replacement.

Phone damage caused by customer abuse or misuse is not covered under the warranty. Terms of the limited warranty are available for review in the Terms and Conditions of Service. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover customer abuse or misuse of the phone, such as a scratched display, water damage, broken case, broken antenna, and/or damage as a result of dropping the phone or opening the case.

Smartphones have separate buckets of units for voice calls, text messaging and data usage and have the Triple Minutes feature. For example, a 60 Minutes “Pay As You Go” TracFone card redeemed on a smartphone will provide 180 minutes for voice, 180 text messages and 180 MB of data. Voice calls are charged at the rate of one (1) unit per minute. Text messages are charged at the rate of one (1) unit per text. Data is charged based on actual usage.
