• Hi. This is Cristy from TracFone Wireless. Yes. The remaining minutes and service days from your old flip phone will be transferred to the new phone. You can add and redeem any of the Basic or Smartphone Plans available for this new phone. Thank you.

• At the time of setup it asks if you want a new number or keep your old phone number. If you keep your old number, then your minutes roll over. Mine took overnight to switch to my new phone.
