This is a great phone for the price. Very good battery life. The 3000 milliamp battery is replaceable.

This is a solid phone choice and works really well.

For the cost of the A3 so far it is turning out to be an excellent phone for the money. All the apps I have downloaded thus far are all working good. Including a smart home app for my tv to start building my smart home app usages. If I can take care of my phone I am hoping it will last me a long time. I even bought a holster case for it. Thank you

I bought this phone because it has Android 12 even if it's somewhat slow at times it still works well enough for basic everyday uses but for $50 it's good enough for the tight budget people so I'm giving a 3 star for it's slowness.

Purchased this for a economical backup to my iPhone. Activation went well until time to set up voicemails. Had a bad time with that. Turns out there are two conflicting ways on the Tracfone website to set up voicemail; one works, the other doesn’t. After I found the one that worked, it was smooth sailing, but probably used up quite a few of my prepaid minutes getting it figured out.

I BOUGHT THIS for making a call to the doctors office so I could get in because of the covid rules,, and for use in the car if I really have to get hold of someone,, I used to have the OnStar phone which I loved but they stopped that service so I had to buy a cell phone and trying to use it as cheaply as possible as I do have a land line phone in the condo, so far it is performing well.

Purchased it to use as a MP3 player. For my intended purposes this is fantastic! Has Bluetooth, microsd expansion capabilities, headphone jack too. No complaints. I didn’t activate the device and didn’t have to. Only downside is it’s still a micro usb device in this day and age. If you keep your expectations minimum about this device you’ll be happy.

Needed something for my child in case of emergencies but nothing too expensive because well he’s only 8.

I am very happy with the phone and Tracfone service. I bought it for someone in a nursing home. It is very simple to use. You can click the only button on the left hand side and just say call "someone" or play a song or anything else. He enjoys listening to music. The service is only $20.00 a month for unlimited talk and text and 1 GB of Interent which rolls over any unused time. A very affordable price for someone on a limited income.

Screen shatters too easily for an android. Had to replace way too quickly

It's good as a simple phone for elderly folks who have never had a smart phone before. It's smaller and lighter than most and does what a basic phone needs to do. The dedicated google voice button is helpful to lessen the need for typing. The one big thing that's not good about it is the auto brightness is not bright enough when indoors. I turned off the auto brightness and set the level myself, which is not ideal. Ideally, the phone would adjust well automatically without help. I got two of these phones for my elderly neighbors, and both have the same problem with the auto brightness sensor. They don't know enough to continually adjust the brightness, so setting it at a constant level is the compromise.

I love my new phone. Easy to use and a smaller size which I love. This one fits me perfectly as my old phone was also an Alcatel. My old phone no longer worked and tracfone notified me after I bought this one that they had a free offer for me. They were very lax on informing me. Support just said to buy a new one. But I'm guessing my choice wouldn't have been this phone. So it's good.

I wanted an extra emergency phone. Found this model on my first click at Best Buy. Received within days! Excellent product, great price and outstanding customer service.

It has a full range of quality control items. Same as the more expensive phones

I finally upgraded to a smartphone after years of using a flipphone that didn't even have a camera. I still wanted a prepaid phone and decided on Tracfone because my sister has a Tracfone flipphone and likes it. I've only had the phone for a short time but so far haven't had any problems and seems to be easy to use. I'd recommend this phone.

Decent enough I bought another one. It works as expected. Decent quality for the price. Would buy again.

My 10 year old quickly killed this phone. I'm not quite sure who to blame.

Every time you make a call, there is a white box that appears at the bottom on the screen. It gets in the way, and it is not necessary to tell me that a call has ended.
