• Actually, yes, it is removable. You can take off the backplate and take out the battery, should you ever need a replacement.

• Yes, battery is removable, can purchase replacement on eBay or amazon for $13. as of 02/14/2023. I'm in the process of replacing mine!!

• Not sure, was a gift. Best Buy and I are done. They descriminate against workers ( Store #376) who report sexual harrasment. Call Trac Fone and ask, and google their Number.
