• I think so. If you buy a tracfone card for another person online, make sure they have a tracfone first. Make sure you have their phone number, imei, esn or serial number of their phone also. you need the zip code of the area the phone is being used as well. Then you should be able to go to tracfone .com and go to add airtime and complete the process like you would for yourself with this information.
