• Yes you can. I did this for my mom. She had an old Trac Phone flip phone. We transferred her number and minutes to this phone.

• You can transfer the minutes and current phone number you have. Just call tracfone customer service and ask them to do so for you

• Make sure you call tractor first NOT ALL NUMBERS CAN BE TRANSFERED Depends on your old phone something with system is different it sounds dumb but that's what 4 customer service reps just told me

• I am not sure about transferring the minutes but you should have no problem transferring the phone number. My husband had a trac regular phone and the number was transferred. I am sure by now you have it taken care of but thought I'd help in some way!
