• Yes, it does. You don't need to download anything extra. On the keyboard, touch the settings key and a pop-up will give you some choices: touch the microphone icon and it will switch to google voice input.

• Good morning, Outtachips. Yes, it does. The phone comes with the "Talk to Text" feature on the LG keyboard. You may also download a new keyboard with this functionality. You can try using Swiftkey keyboard.
