“Does this phone come with minutes or must I purchase minutes to get started.....and....if I purchase this phone on line at another store....may I bring it to BestBuy to have them activate it and transfer my current Tracfone to this new phone? Thanks much”

You should be able to activate it online at www.Tracfone.com without having to go to Best Buy, especially if you already have an account. That is how it worked for me--everything was transferred to the new phone when I activated it via the website.
