According to LG.Com http://www.lg.com/us/cell-phones/lg-L44VL-rebel-lte Specs Internal Memory 8 GB (up to 3.02 GB usable) It's Best Buy not fact checking the listing after several people pointed it out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.(From what I've been able to find) Currently there isn't one, this description is a mistake. If you look up the l44vl on the LG website, it says 8GB internal and I haven't found a Tracfone with more memory on their site. The only Tracfones I know of with 16GB of internal memory are a couple of Samsungs and they cost several hundred dollars.
