A:Answer I believe I checked with tracphone on the international calls and they told me, not from overseas to US. Since we have a landline I have not tried the other way around. I would call tracphone and check how much it cost and if you can. There is definitely a possibility from what I saw on line.
The smart phone is more like a little computer plus phone(plus radio, musicplayer, internet, camera, alarm clock, tip calculator and so on). So, to use it, you have to play with it and get used to the different buttons. When I let my husband borrow it, I show him where the phone Icon is and then he is able to make a call if he needs to. (we are rolling into being Senior Citizens too) and often new technology is more a matter of getting used to the different way of operating something, We are not the most computer savvy folks, but in this world of ours there is always something new and different to learn. I like the low price, but not all rural areas have good cell phone reception.
