• The phone comes with 8gb of internal memory, of which approx 3gb is available to the consumer. There is a memory card slot for up to 32gb.

• Make sure you get the z353vl model for 8gb of rom and 1gb of ram and touch screen and all the android OS specs.

• There are 2 versions, make sure you order the Z353VL model to get the 8gb touch screen, I ordered the other one from Best Buy but they sent me the Z353VL and I am so greatfull that they did. Tracfone as far as I know only sells the Z353VL 8gb touch screen. This is really a nice phone!

• I checked under storage in settings and it says 8 GB. The model is Z353VL. I bought it off the shelf at Best buy. Yes there also seems to be a totally different version, but I don't see it at Best buy.
