• I went to the Tracfone website and the Cymbal T did not appear among the phones that they suggested... You might want to call Tracfone directly and ask the rep about using the Cymbal T in your zip code...

• You have to ask Tracfone. I put in that zip code at TracFone and it didn't suggest this phone. If Verizon works well in you area, the most likely it will work. Maybe AT&T works best there.
