• This item uses Verizon, and I'm pretty sure its not pysically equipped to hande AT&T's setup. Also of note...My local Verizon outlet said Tracfone only used Verizons' antennas and that Verizon did not actually service Tracfone cellphones.They suggested going to one of the big retail outlets for things like activation, such as Target, Sams Club or Best Buy. So when I bought this Tracphone from Best Buy, I also had them set up the activation, etc.

• No. Anything "Tracfone" will only work with Tracfone airtime purchases. I don't know if this model ZTE phone is available through other carriers.
