There are no minutes and no service plan included in with the purchase of the cell phone. You have to purchase a TracFone Airtime/Refill Card to be able to add minutes to the phone. Your phone will only work with TracFone Wireless Service Plans for cellular phones. You can purchase the plan that best fits your needs at: 1.) Participating retailers nationwide 2.)
