• yes. it does, but only has 3 GB of memory to use on apps. the other 5 GB is used on system..:(

• Indeed my ZTE phone was purchased as a Tracfone @ Best Buy . I`ve been using it for several months now .Very pleased with it`s performance..especially the qwerty keyboard for texting .
