It seems to be indicating an urgent alert. Try deleting any alerts in the Messaging app. I deleted an Amber alert and the display returned to normal.

You have an "emergency alert" of some sort, whether it's an unchecked Amber Alert or a banking account withdraw notification... It will continue to buzz n show the hazard triangle until deleted or viewed. Also, there in the message menu board, are all of your emergency notification settings. ((You will not find these settings from the main menu "settings" or anywhere else on this phone.)) I would suggest turning everything OFF to avoid future issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hold the red power button on the dial face down. It will give you a choice to power off or reboot. Choose power off. Let the phone power off. After a minute power it uo using the same red power button. That's it, the symbol should be gone.
