• I asked this question of a Tracfone service rep when I transferred my info to the phone. You have to go to the tracfone website and click on the Check Your Balance tab. There will be a place to enter your cell# and the last 4 digits of your phone's SIM or serial number. You then get a screen showing your remaining balance.

• Locate "my account" icon. If it is not there search Google for download. You will need to open a free Tracfone account if don't have one. Run app to see minutes, data and messages remaining on all your Tracfone Smart Phones..
