• Hello, Hopcat. This is a Smartphone with a touch QWERTY keyboard. In order to get the regular keyboard, you must search the compatible application at Google Play Store.

• This phone has the ability to use both the QWERTY input on the touch screen and the T9 input on the keypad. Just start typing with either one once you are in a text input field.
