It's even worse with the Deluxe Class figures since there are 4 in the class so you only have a 25% of getting what you want. What's being sold as Hoist (picture is of Iron Works) can be any one of the 4 that comes together in the case--Iron Works, Hoist, Cliffjumper, and Wheeljack. Best Buy is coding them all as the same item even though they are obviously different figures. I thought it was a mistake on my in store receipt as it showed that I bought 2 Hoists when I bought one Hoist and one Cliffjumper. Now it makes sense.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bestbuy does this on various toys like Black series Star Wars Figures. Out of a box there are 3 cranes and one airplane. So you have 1/4 chance of getting the airplane.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't get it either the image on my delivery confirmation email from BB included an image of SS yet two times in a row I get Grapple. Its not 50/50 its just labeled as the incorrect product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah, Best Buy is still new to the whole toy selling thing. And they don't seem to have the ability in their inventory system to treat a case of something as containing more than one kind of thing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Apparently this is what happens when you order Starscream? The same happened to me. I ordered Starscream... got Grapple.
