Same thing t happened to me , you have to contact trend micro directly as best buy could not help.

Please try again later.The Best Buy Geek Squad call center was very disappointing in their help, they hung up on me after I finally got through to someone who could help me, so there was NO HELP!!! Just a waste of my time!!!! The download is still on my best buy account, but still will not download. My solution, well, I resolved it myself. I used the trend micros website and got it to work from them. As long as you have the product key it should work for you. Be patient with the download it will take a while and you it'll have you create a trend micro account.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sign into you account first and then into the digital library then it will ask you to pick which digital download then follow the instructions. It does take sometime to download depending on the computer.

I had to uninstall my old version, and then I went to the Trend Micro website and downloaded the latest version. Once you punch in the code, it will download and install the latest version. It takes a few hours to install, but it works despite the hassel. My download did not work either, but I made do with the code. I had to watch a few YouTube videos to figure it out, but whatevs... Hope this helps!
