“how to download package says to log on to www.trendmicro.com/bestbuy, which I did. It then instructs to 'right click on the DOWNLOAD button' for Trend Micro Internet security' which I do not see. What am I missing here? Jo Lawrence”

Please try again later.Could be type of browser you are using, Meaning the download area may be at bottom of page must check on it in order to finish downloading and install. some do automatically,but some do not ,or your computer may be set to do this,have to go in control panel in this case and change it.Hope this helps.
