Where do I find the serial number? null

Usually it’s found on the box of your laptop. There is a serial number on there. I don’t know where to find it if you don’t have the box though. Sorry!

If purchase was part of a bundle-- my Trend Micro came with purchased iMac-- the serial number was in the Best Buy email which confirmed my purchase, showed the product, and provided the link directly to the download.

Hi. The serial number is listed both on the sticker on the box under "serial number" or "S/N" and engraved on the bottom of the laptop

Should be in your download page. Good luck.

You can find your activation number (which you will need to install the product) on the card you received at the time of purchase. You should also receive an email from Best Buy with information about your Trend Micro subscription, including that activation number.
