Where is the serial number of a trend internet security located on the pack?

You're not alone. I've tried every fricken number on the sticker starting with the s/n number and NONE would work. I needed it to work as I was Trying to get help from Lenovo. I bought their computer and it quit 35 days past purchase date. Maybe if you can't find the serial number they don't have to honour the warranty!

The serial number is on the bottom side of the laptop, next to the model number of the laptop.

You should have an email from Best Buy that includes your Trend Micro activation code along with a link to a website where you can down the software. If you do not have that email, please contact Geek Squad Support.

It should be included in your email of purchase.
