I'm on the phone right now with them for 40+ min. Spent $18K in last 12 months plus Totaltech member...It says "Included for free with this item", yet I've never installed it nor subscribed. Yet, they charged me $50/yr for 3 years now and they have a "process" not to allow refunds. About to lose $18K/yr in toys plus totaltech over this AOL CD crap.

I even got an e-mail about it, and contacted them to make sure I wouldn't be charged, lo and behold I end up getting a charge. I disputed and guess who's side Best Buy credit card took?
