• I've learned long ago not to download so called free stuff that requires a credit card. It is always tough to cancel especially if you forget to do it before it extends. Good luck.

• Dont put it on in the first place. Always buy a separate protection like Bit Defender, which is what I use

• You should be able to access your account. That's where you can change automatic renewal. Just stop that and it should work for you..

• Go back on line where you registered it, and cancel auto renewal.
