“Does the one year protection start when buy it or can you wait 6 months after purchase to install and start then. Reason I ask is the new system I was looking at comes with 6 months free but wanted to go ahead and grab the one year while on sale.”

The protection starts when you install it, Have used it for years and I buy when it's on sale but do not install it till my subscription runs out.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As far as I know you can buy it then add it on after the expiration of your current Trend. That is what I end up doing when I renew. But you can also add on the 1 year when you buy and its like $19 I think.
