How difficult is it to install null

I wasn’t able to install it. It would send me a key number I would follow instructions but every time I was told my email address didn’t match up. It’s the same address and only one used. Still get no answers. Guess they just took my money. What a ripoff

Unfortunately I had no luck installing on Layton or iPhone. I’m trying for a refund but of course no response.
