A:Answer If you have never seen or bought an Arcade1up machine, it is not so much a machine like the classic coin-op arcade cabinet, but more like a piece of furniture you buy from a department store that you have to assemble. it is a flat box you open and assemble with the wood screws and wooden dowls etc. Arcade1up does warranty the products they sell and if the box is damaged, I would assume best buy would return it and refund/replace in the first 14 days. If it is after the 14 days then Arcade1up would warranty the product. Most likely they would help troubleshoot the issue and send you a replacement piece, but you would still be responsible for disassembly and replacement of the new part. But again, as it is like assembled furniture it is not that hard.
