• Yes. Although this is a medicine ball, not a slam ball. This one will bounce back off the ground. With enough force put into the throw, it can bounce back to your chin or head when you throw it to the ground.

• I would say chest high, but it can reach chin level depending on how much you hinge to slam it.

• Hi Eli, No - the slam ball is filled with a sand-like compound with a rubber shell. When you throw the slam ball down, most of the "bounce" is absorbed by the floor. There is minimal recoil when using these for slam exercises. Thanks,
