• Hey Romsey. There are three options for volume control: 1. The native controls on your device. 2. The volume slider in our app. 3. Activating Siri/Google through our buds and verbally adjusting the volume.

• Technically you still adjust the volume with your phone. There is however active noise cancellation and active volume adjustment, but whether those settings work as well as you want them to is up to your discretion.
