You tune your car radio to the FM radio frequency it shows on the device to hear the audio from your phone in your car speakers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As far as I know, you plug it into your lighter, and set your radio to a station with no reception and then set the transmitter to the same station. Then you plug the transmitter into your phone. I don't think it connects to bluetooth.
