“This come with 1 e-file state. I do NOT want to e-file but do need to file in multiply states. Will turbotax generate the other state returns and then I can print them out and mail? Or, can I select the one state which is not my primary state?”

You do not have to e-file. Just print, sign, and mail (and include tax payment unless you are getting a refund). If you want to file for more than 1 state, you have to purchase the additional state downloads, which will cost you extra.
