Amazon is selling Turbo Tax Deluxe with Free State download version for $10 cheaper than you. Do you match the price? null

I originally stated that Best Buy will price match this item, since the "Price Match Guarantee Policy" shows it would.  BUT, after a very long Chat, and then a 45 minute conversation (that I recorded) the customer service representatives, AND the "supervisor" stated that even though this is NOT ON THE POLICY"S LIST of "Excluded" items, they will exclude it from the Price Match GUARANTEE, based on another, unrelated, returns policy.

So, even though everyone, chat and phone representative alike, AGREED THAT THE Price Guarantee DOES NOT exclude this item, they all stated that there is nothing they can do about it since their "Return Policy," (which does not apply since I have yet to make the purchase) does--somehow--exclude this item in the Price Match GUARANTEE purchase?

Amazon, here I come. I know that if I have any issue with the download there (as another individual posted) THEIR SUPPORT will make it work.

I wish that I could upload the chat and the recorded conversation here. I will do so on social media sites.

Customer Care agent: I perfectly understand your situation, if I was in your shoes, I'd surely feel the same or even worse. Trust me, I'm on your side on this as I am a customer myself. We really want to price match your item however it won't push through on our system due to our policy. I really do hope you understand.

You: The system needs to be revisited. I could have gone to the physical store and purchased this on a CD instead. But, for some strange reason, it is considered ONLY a digital purchase.

Best Buy DOES offer a Price Match Guarantee. Look it up on the site. Online price matches are done via Chat.

Read the reviews and see the customer pics on Amazon. I almost bought from them until I read the issues people are having downloading to their computers.
