• Call their TurboTax technical support team and they will guide you through the install. They will even remotely access your computer to solve the problem if you allow them access.

• Once you place your order on Best Buy for TurboTax - Deluxe 2023 Federal Only + E-file - Mac OS, Windows [Digital], you will receive instructions via email on how to redeem and download the software. Before installing TurboTax on a PC, it's best to close any open programs, including firewall and virus-protection programs (but don't forget to turn them back on after installation is complete). To install the TurboTax download, simply double-click the downloaded file to launch the installer and follow the steps until the installation is completed.
