• No, it is misleading & if you need to buy state it is another 39.99.

• I just ordered this based on someone’s else’s response that it includes state, but the Premium version includes State. This deluxe version does not!!!

• You have to look for the version that give you state tax and federal tax.

• I had to pay extra for Calif to include efiling. don't know about other states.
