A:Answer I called their support regarding this 4/14/22.
In the online program, you need to download the "file" you started. In the left hand bar, Tools->save your 20xx form to computer. Next-Know where your computer saved this file! 0.o Lastly, download and open the program on your computer. It'll try to lead you by the nose, but goto File at the top, & select open a tax return,
Point it to find where you downloaded it earlier, and you're golden. I just switched out of the hand-holding by clicking the "File" tab at the top of the program to go directly to file taxes I've triple checked online already.
I hope this helps. In the past, you needed to convert the download into a code that you'd enter online, I'm so glad they changed it!!!
