See my review of this item, I can't speak to your specific controller, but the Mic Monitoring was one of the sole reasons I bought this set. It works great and it is even variable so I can turn down the volume of my own voice if I want to. Not being able to hear yourself when playing with friends is frustrating.

If you have a newer controller like a Xbox S controller and use these, Xbox now offers a feature through the system that allowes mic monitoring no matter what headphones you are using. It helps a lot with preventing yourself from yelling lol. Best of luck.
