• It comes with everything you need. For the xbox 360 you will actually plug into your TV's AV plugs and the mic jack will plug into your controller. For PC you will plug directly into the PC like you normally would with any other MIC.

• It has everything you need to connect to an XBox 360. To connect to a PC, it would depend on whether your PC has separate mic and headphone jacks, or just a single combined jack. If the latter you would need a splitter that allows you to connect the green (headphones) and pink (mic) plugs into a single plug.

• If you use an HDMI cable you do need an adapter so the sound comes through the headset

• You need to connect these to your TV or Stereo for game audio. It has some RCA jacks but these can't connect to the XBOX 360. I had a mini din connector to RCA Y cable and connected it to them as my tv output had these outputs. You need an audio OUT from your TV of some sort. Most have AUDIO in ports so do not confuse yourself. Hope this helps
