• I don't think you'll have to. Everything you need should be included in the box and the set up usually only requires you plug the headset into the controller and update the controller how you normally would by connecting it to the xbox via that little chord.

• We did not need to buy anything extra. It came with the adaptor to connect to the game controller.

• I am not an expert on these but my 14 year old just bought them a month ago for Xbox one games and didn't buy anything extra nor has he said anything to me about needing anything so I would have to say no.

• No, but I do have an extra Insight rechargeable battery for the controller as I feel the headphones limit the battery life a bit. The Insight are the house brand of Best Buy and I like it because you can easily charge a battery solo (not on the controller).

• no it comes with the adapter that plugs into the bottom of your controller, you then plug the headset into the adapter and there ya go.
