To a certain extent. You will loose all features such as the superhuman hearing and the 3D waves audio simply due to the fact it’s not meant for the console. You can still use this headset via the included cable, but for the price you can get a decent headset meant for the Xbox.

Yes, through the use of the 3.5mm cable that is provided. Now, that means you can’t use the Turtle Beach software, but with Windows having Dolby Atmos and DTSX 2.0 as the audio option, which I confirmed and they sound amazing. I’m on PC so I use the included usb dongle and the software is robust, user friendly and very powerful. Hope this helps.
